Refund policy

I take great care in creating and delivering high-quality artwork and products. Due to the nature of my business, I have the following return and refund policies:

1. Returns & Exchanges

Original Artwork & Custom Pieces

  • No Returns or Exchanges: All original artwork and commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Damaged Items: If your original artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I will assess the situation and offer a repair, partial refund, or replacement if possible.

Art Prints & Merchandise

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for prints and other merchandise.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. How to Request a Return

If you need to request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact me at rebeccakardellart@gmail.com within the eligible return period.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item (if damaged or defective).

  3. If your return is approved, I will provide instructions on where to send your item.

4. Exceptions

I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these policy guidelines. If an item is returned in a used or damaged condition (not due to shipping issues), a partial refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
