Refund policy
I take great care in creating and delivering high-quality artwork and products. Due to the nature of my business, I have the following return and refund policies:
1. Returns & Exchanges
Original Artwork & Custom Pieces

No Returns or Exchanges: All original artwork and commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Items: If your original artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I will assess the situation and offer a repair, partial refund, or replacement if possible.
Art Prints & Merchandise

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for prints and other merchandise.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If you need to request a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and clear photos of the item (if damaged or defective).

If your return is approved, I will provide instructions on where to send your item.
I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these policy guidelines. If an item is returned in a used or damaged condition (not due to shipping issues), a partial refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
